Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at VR Finserv. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.

• Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, etc.

• Explain product features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

• Assess customer eligibility and gather required basic information.

• Generate and qualify leads for further processing or closure.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
