Telecaller – Vizza Insurance Broking Company
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team at Vizza Insurance Broking Company. In this role, you will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our insurance products and services, answering their questions, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will also update customer information in the system and follow up with interested customers.
The salary for this position is ₹12,000 to ₹13,000 (In-Hand). This is a Day Shift role with 6 working days a week. We provide a friendly work environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career.
Eligibility: Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, or any Graduation can apply. Freshers are welcome, and candidates with 6 months or more of telecalling or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
Skills Required: Candidates should be able to communicate clearly in Tamil, have basic computer knowledge, possess good communication and listening skills, and be willing to learn and work as part of a team.
