Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales & B2B Dealing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients.

• Explain company products/services and generate new business opportunities.

• Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.

• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with corporate clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / B2B sales.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
