Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

• Explain insurance products clearly and convincingly to customers over the phone.

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of all telephonic conversations and sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.

• Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: Prior telesales or call center experience is a plus; Freshers can apply.

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
