🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and responsible Tele callers to join our Loan Recovery team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue loan payments, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending loan repayments.

• Explain repayment schedules, penalties, and settlement options clearly.

• Persuade and motivate customers to make timely payments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex cases to senior recovery officers when required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

• Achieve daily/weekly recovery targets.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

• Confidence and ability to handle difficult conversations politely.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Prior experience in loan recovery/collections preferred but not mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
