This key position majorly deals with customer services and innovative practices to improve the quality of day-to-day services.
Education Qualification
1. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in related stream or any other stream.
2. Candidate must have basic knowledge of computer operation and proficiency to work with different online platforms.
3. Candidate must have strong communication skills as well as proficiency in English and Hindi language (verbal and written).
Work Experience
1. Work experience of 2 years or more in Tele Communication in Financial Sector. Preference will be given to insurance and financial services.
