Virtual Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)
About the Role:
The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships remotely through calls and digital channels. The role involves cross-selling, customer engagement, and ensuring customer satisfaction — all from within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to promote banking products (Savings Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
Understand customer needs and offer the right financial solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and service targets.
Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution.
Requirements:
Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
Good communication in English with any South Indian language (except Telugu) or Hindi.
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Prior experience in banking or tele-sales preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
