Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Telecallers for the Collections Process of a leading NBFC – IDFC. The role involves following up with customers for overdue payments, explaining repayment options, and updating collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers in the assigned regional language.

Follow up on pending EMIs or loan repayments.

Educate customers about payment deadlines and late fee implications.

Record customer feedback and update CRM systems.

Meet daily/weekly collection targets.

Coordinate with the internal recovery team as required.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in any one regional language: Kannada / Telugu / Tamil.

Basic to manageable English communication.

Good listening and persuasion skills.

Experience in telecalling, collections, or customer support preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Minimum Qualification:

2nd PUC / 12th Pass or higher

Work Environment:

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Training: On-the-job training provided
