Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information on properties.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent lead flow and closures. Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
