Position: Telecaller Executive
Location:ZIRAKPUR / DERABASSI
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English).

• Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in telesales/customer support preferred (but not mandatory).
