job Description – Telecaller (Loan Sales)•

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Office Location: WE Highway, Bandra East

Preferred Candidates: Must stay in or around nearby locations (Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Andheri, Kurla, Sion, Mahim, etc.)

## Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Telecaller to sell Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Mortgage Loans for leading Banks and NBFCs.

## Key Responsibilities

• Call and convert leads for various loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation.

• Collect customer documents and coordinate for file login.

• Achieve monthly target of logins & disbursements.

• Maintain follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.

## Requirements

Minimum 3 years• experience in loan telecalling (BL/PL/HL/Mortgage).

• Strong communication & convincing skills.

• Knowledge of bank/NBFC loan policies and documentation.

• Target-driven and disciplined.
