Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain company services, generate leads, and follow up with interested clients.
•Key Responsibilities•
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM or Excel sheet.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
•Required Skills and Qualifications•
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Confident speaking skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
•Experience•
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

A confident, polite, target-oriented, and self-motivated individual with good communication and customer-handling skills.
