The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into appointments, and ensuring excellent client service. The role demands good communication skills, persuasion ability, and a client-centric approach.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly targets.
Schedule appointments for clients with branch staff/consultants.
Maintain client database with updated records of calls and responses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to branch performance.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Minimum 6 Months –2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer service orientation.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
