Job Title: Education Counselor / Academic Counselor

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments while delivering an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding Drishti IAS courses, programs, and learning solutions.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their academic and career goals.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.

• Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in CRM (LeadSquared).

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

• Stay updated on course offerings, admission processes, and market trends.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Marathi will be preferred (if applicable).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with counseling, follow-ups, and achieving targets.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
