We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product or service features, and converting leads into sales. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Record customer feedback and report to the sales/marketing team.
Schedule appointments for field sales teams or demonstrations as needed.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [English / Regional Language as applicable].
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
