Job Description

Job Title: Immigration Telecaller

Location: Mohali sector 118, TDI.

Experience: Fresher / 6 Months – 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.

  • Explain immigration services and visa processes.

  • Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable guidance.

  • Schedule appointments with immigration consultants.

  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

  • Update customer information in the CRM/database.

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration is an advantage.
