Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database or provided leads list.
Introduce programs and offerings in a clear, concise manner.
Gauge interest levels and qualify prospects based on predefined parameters.
Capture accurate information such as name, contact details, course interest, and preferred mode of learning.
Enter lead data promptly into the CRM or Excel tracker.
Ensure daily call targets and lead generation goals are met.
Coordinate with the sales team by passing on quality leads for further processing.
Follow scripts and training material to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC or Graduate in any field.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
