Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team Vaastu Naresh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, nurturing client relationships. The role demands excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel sheets).

• Follow up with prospective clients via calls, messages, or emails.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate service information.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion strategies.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and performance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
