Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel sheets).

• Follow up with prospective clients via calls, messages, or emails.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate service information.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion strategies.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and performance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
