Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into successful sales. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Generate and qualify sales leads.
* Explain company products/services to customers.
* Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
* Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
