Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle emergency & non-emergency ambulance calls

• Collect accurate details (location, patient condition, contact info)

• Coordinate with ambulance drivers & hospitals

• Maintain call logs and service records

• Communicate calmly with patient families & medical staff

• Ensure smooth coordination during emergencies

Requirements:

• Basic communication in Hindi & English (Marathi preferred)

• Calm, patient & responsible attitude

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

• Telecalling / healthcare experience is a plus (not mandatory)
