Insurance or Investment Products (as applicable)

Provide customers with detailed information about product features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales on the CRM system.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure all telecalling activities comply with regulatory norms and company policies.
