Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the company database and job portals.
Explain job opportunities and company requirements to candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic eligibility.
Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment system.
Update candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and interview scheduling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer service, or sales.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes is an advantage.
