Telecaller

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for loan and credit card services

- Explain financial products/services and convert leads

- Handle customer queries and follow up on leads

- Maintain call records and update CRM systems

- Provide customers with accurate information to resolve issues

Skills and Qualifications:

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance)

- Proficiency in local language and Hindi/English

- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage

- 10th or 12th pass degree/certificate required

- Computer knowledge and internet connection essential

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

- Fixed salary structure or fixed + incentives
