Job Description

About the Role -

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential property buyers, understand their requirements, and schedule site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities-

Call leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
Qualify leads by asking the right questions (budget, timeline, preference, etc.)
Explain project details (2BHK / 3BHK flats, pricing, location benefits)
Build trust and maintain a professional conversation
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team
Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
Regular follow-ups with interested prospects to convert them into visits

Required Skills-

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Ability to handle objections and rejections
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable using CRM / Google Sheets / calling software
