Generate Sales & Revenue: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/weekly targets.
Customer Engagement: Present, promote, and sell products/services using, but not limited to, provided scripts
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, including upselling or cross-selling products.
Database Management: Accurately record, update, and maintain client information, call history, and purchase records in the CRM system.
Objection Handling: Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints politely to turn potential rejection into a sale.
