Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. The role involves reaching out to fresh leads, building trust, and converting prospects into potential clients. You will receive 1 week of training & testing before starting.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with fresh leads

• Build trust and explain services clearly

• Classify leads into Hot, Warm, and Cold categories

• Maintain and update daily reports on WhatsApp/Excel

• Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets

Requirements:

• Must have a Smartphone and a new SIM

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work with dedication and consistency

• Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp & Excel
