• Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and conversions completed.

• Coordinate with other departments such as admissions or sales for smooth processing of applications.

• Address queries or concerns and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

• Promote seminars, events, or webinars through tele-counselling and invite participation.

• Provide timely reports to management about lead status, feedback, and performance metrics.
