We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up with customers, and support business growth. Good communication and persuasion skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients

Explain products/services and generate interest

Follow up on leads and maintain call records

Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team

Handle basic customer queries politely and efficiently

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Good listening and convincing skills

Polite, professional, and persistent approach

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream

Freshers and experienced both can apply

Female candidates preferred
