Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and scholarship programs.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Schedule counseling sessions and admission appointments.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel sheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Odia.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or education counseling is preferred.
