JD for Tele caller (Sales call)

• Office Time: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (7:00 PM) in Hi Tech Office

• Location- (Jogeshwari West)

Key Role:

• Call Patients in clinic for treatments which is there in clinic data base

• Monthly leads will be provided by clinic as per campaigns, Update them at same time in google sheets

• Follow up of patient and close the sale (treatment i.e. Hair Transplant surgery. Hair PRP, Skin Treatments)

• Share WhatsApp Offers to the patient time to time

• Pass the data to reception team for appointment related and better communication with patient

• Try to achieve monthly Sales Target

• Give Daily update on system and to HOD of department

• Task : • Not a single patient should miss out

• Daily 3 Consultation should be there in clinic

• Daily minimum 5 Patients should be there in clinic for the treatments

• Monthly 15 Hair Transplant Surgery

• Daily Sale Should be 50 k at least with medical and clinical sale

• Minimum Graduation

• Good Communication
