Telesales Telecaller

Techzeal Info Private Limited, an Authorized Distributor of Luminous Solar Products, is hiring an experienced Telecaller for our office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming inquiries, generating leads for solar panels, inverters, batteries, and solar power plant installations, explaining solar products and government subsidy schemes, following up with customers, maintaining daily calling reports, and coordinating with the sales team. This is a completely non-target-based job with no sales pressure or mandatory sales targets. The candidate must have good communication skills in Hindi, basic computer knowledge, and customer-handling skills. Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 6 months of telecalling or telesales experience (Compulsory). Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview). Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
