Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller who will call students, explain our courses, answer questions, schedule counselling sessions, and follow up for smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to students from the given database.

• Share details about Techpaathshala’s courses.

• Answer questions and provide guidance.

• Schedule counselling sessions and follow up.

• Maintain records in CRM tools.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of tele calling/customer service experience.

• Good communication in English & Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM.

• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
