Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and professional Telecaller to join our clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, providing basic information about clinic services, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

Provide information about doctors, services, timings, and procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and call logs.

Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.

Address patient queries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.

Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Assist with administrative tasks related to patient coordination.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate or Intermediate.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.

Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
