We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Technocore360 Technologies Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound calls: Contact existing customers for policy renewals + new prospects for car/bike insurance quotes
- Lead generation: Call leads from databases, websites, insurance aggregators, and walk-ins
- Explain products: Pitch motor insurance plans - 3rd party, comprehensive, add-ons like zero dep, roadside assistance, engine cover, etc.
- Quote & compare: Give premium quotes, explain coverage, NCB benefits, IDV, and help customer choose the best plan
- Documentation: Collect KYC docs, vehicle RC, previous policy copy. Guide for online payment + policy issuance
- Follow-ups: Call back customers who asked for time, handle objections about price/coverage
- Renewal management: Track renewal dates and call 30-15-7 days before expiry to prevent lapse
- Targets: Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made, quotes given, and policies sold
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
