We are looking for a Telecaller to join our client team located at Alkapuri. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm clinic consultations and aesthetic procedures based on the doctor's availability.
Lead Conversion: Call prospective clients who showed interest in skin treatments, lasers, or anti-aging procedures and convert them into clinic visits.
Service Explanation: Explain basic skin treatments, package details, pricing, and pre/post-procedure care guidelines politely to patients.
Conduct follow-ups for pending consultations, regular skin care routines, or feedback after a cosmetic procedure.
Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls regarding clinic timings, doctor availability, and basic skin or hair concerns, escalating clinical questions to the medical team
Cold & Warm Calling: Reach out to database leads to introduce new skin, hair, and anti-aging treatments (e.g., laser hair reduction, chemical peels, hydrafacials).
Audience Invitation: Call existing patients and database prospects to invite them to skin awareness webinars, offline workshops, or anti-aging seminars.
Post-Event Follow-up: Call attendees after the seminar to collect feedback and offer exclusive event-only discounts on clinic treatments.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate / undergraduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
