We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate Telecallers to join our admissions/marketing team. The primary role is to contact prospective students or parents, provide them with information about our courses, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns or inquiry forms.
Provide accurate information about the college, available courses, admission criteria, and other offerings.
Maintain a professional and positive tone during calls.
Follow up on inquiries to ensure successful admissions.
Record and update call details and feedback in the database.
Coordinate with the admissions team for counseling appointments.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Minimum 12th pass; graduate or pursuing graduation preferred.
Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
