We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at TCPL. The role involves calling customers to sell banking products or receiving their calls to solve queries, we have both tele sales and Customer service profiles available . The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain customer records and calling reports.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
