Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and target-driven Telecaller to manage loan sourcing, follow-ups, and collection-related calling activities. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads while ensuring timely collection follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers for loan sourcing and follow-ups.
Contact overdue customers for EMI and OD collections.
Generate fresh leads through daily calling activities.
Explain loan products such as Vehicle Loans, SME Loans, and Personal Loans.
Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking.

Performance Expectations

Meet minimum daily call targets.
Achieve lead conversion targets.
Fulfill collection follow-up targets.

Requirements

Mandatory fluency in Kannada and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
NBFC / Banking / Collections experience preferred.
