Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collection Telecaller to handle outbound calls for loan recovery, manage delinquent accounts, and contribute to team targets. The ideal candidate will excel in persuasive telecalling, ethical negotiations, and accurate reporting to drive successful collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling: Make high-volume outbound calls to delinquent borrowers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve queries to secure collections while adhering to ethical practices and legal guidelines.
Loan Recovery Management: Identify and prioritize overdue accounts, follow up persistently, and achieve daily/weekly collection targets.
Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, recovery amounts, and account status using MS Excel.
Performance Monitoring: Track personal KPIs such as call success rates, recovery percentages, and conversion metrics; self-assess and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Strategy Implementation: Follow and suggest improvements to telecalling scripts, strategies, and campaigns to maximize recovery rates.
Stakeholder Coordination: Update supervisors and clients (banks/NBFCs) on collection progress, escalations, and resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in telecalling for loan collections, preferably in financial services or recovery agencies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent knowledge of telephonic recovery operations and legal guidelines for debt collection.
Proficiency in preparing collection reports and analyzing call/performance data.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments, meet daily targets, and maintain persistence.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and telecalling software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or Graduation or Pursing Graduation
Experience in NBFC or financial recovery sector with a track record of hitting tele collection targets.
