Role Overview :-
The Telecaller will be responsible for generating qualified leads for exhibition and trade show projects through outbound calling, data mining, and initial client interaction. This role is key to building a strong sales pipeline and supporting business growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for exhibitions and trade shows
Generate and qualify leads as per defined criteria
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
Perform data mining to identify potential exhibitors and prospects
Share qualified leads with the Sales team for further closure
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities
Maintain call records and daily activity reports
Incentive Structure :-
Performance-based incentives linked to qualified lead generation and targets achieved
Skills & Requirements:-
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling
Good follow-up and coordination abilities
Target-driven and proactive approach
Ability to handle rejection with consistency Preferred
Prior experience in tele calling, lead generation, or sales support
Interest in exhibitions, events, and B2B sales
