Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain available real estate projects.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information.

• Maintain and update the customer database on a daily basis.

• Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Build positive relationships with potential buyers and ensure excellent customer service.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in real estate telecalling is highly preferred.

• Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle different customer profiles.

• Well-presented and professional conduct.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
