We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Tele caller (Female candidate preferred) with experience or interest in the elevator industry. The role involves handling
tele calling for sales inquiries, client follow-ups, lead generation, and coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads.
• Explain products and services related to elevators to clients effectively.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain records of calls, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client servicing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective
communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer handling (elevator
industry experience will be an added advantage).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional language will be a plus).
• Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
