Roles & Responsibilities:
Call incoming leads from online ads, walk-ins, and referrals.
Explain services briefly and fix appointments for counsellors.
Maintain call records, follow-up logs, and lead status in CRM.
Handle basic queries on phone and forward potential clients to senior staff.
Manage front desk responsibilities like client greetings and walk-in registrations.
Provide daily call reports and updates to branch manager.
Qualifications:
Any Degree
Experience of 0 - 6 months in tele calling preferred.
Good communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (optional).
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
