Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for leads who are exploring the Living
Concepts world. Your role is to connect, convert, and communicate, ensuring every lead gets
timely attention, accurate information, and a seamless journey from inquiry to showroom visit or
purchase.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential customers who have enquired through our marketing
channels.
● Handle inbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and a clear understanding of our
offerings.
● Drive lead conversions through timely follow-ups, persuasive communication, and
personalised engagement.
● Communicate efficiently over WhatsApp — responding quickly with accurate brand-
aligned messaging.
● Maintain and update lead data in the CRM, ensuring all interactions are tracked and
followed through.
● Analyse lead performance and share data-driven insights to help optimise conversion
strategies.
● Coordinate with sales teams to schedule site visits or showroom appointments.
● Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
● Represent the brand with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and cultural sensitivity.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a strong
advantage.
● Confident, courteous, and customer-focused personality.
● Proficiency with laptops and computer applications including MS Office and CRM tools.
● Strong ability to manage multiple leads, follow up proactively, and communicate
effectively across channels.
● Prior experience in telecalling, sales support, hospitality, or customer service is
preferred.
● Quick learner with a data-oriented mindset and an ability to adapt to fast-paced
environments.
