We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course details, counseling them regarding admissions, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up messages.
Explain courses, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission process.
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities.
Follow up on all assigned leads regularly until closure.
Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits (if applicable).
Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM/Excel sheet daily.
Coordinate with the admissions team to complete the enrollment process.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or educational counseling is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus).
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
