Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information about company products and services to potential clients.

• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client details in the system.

• Assist the sales/marketing team in scheduling meetings and following up with clients.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is a must.

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).

• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity.

• No target-based pressure – fixed salary role.
