Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and explain product offerings.

• Follow up on leads received via marketing campaigns, referrals, or online inquiries.

• Share pricing, quotations, and basic technical product information with clients (complete training will be provided).

• Maintain and regularly update daily call reports, lead statuses, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

• Build positive relationships with potential customers and ensure excellent service to boost conversions.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer interaction roles (Freshers welcome).

• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM tools.

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude.

• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Female candidates within the age bracket of 18–25 years only.
