Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to generate leads and support sales for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, and fixing site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and potential buyers
Explain project details (plots, flats, villas, pricing, location benefits)
Generate and qualify leads
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Maintain customer database and update CRM
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)
Ability to handle customer objections
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Qualification:
Any Degree / 12th Pass
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in real estate telecalling / sales
Ability to handle leads independently
Female candidates preferred (optional)
Salary:
