Department: E-Channel Sales

Shift: Rotational between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Process: Voice (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings.

Build rapport and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Meet daily/weekly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Accurately update customer details and interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (Full-time or Part-time)

Experience: 0 – 2+ years

Language: Fluent in English & Hindi

Skills: Excellent sales and communication skills, persuasion, confidence
