Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

• Explain the company's products/services clearly and effectively.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

• Schedule appointments or product demos where necessary.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Keep records of calls and customer responses.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
